Mr. Jagdish Ashtekar, Managing Director, YASHTRAA Healthcare, established the company with a vision to provide a unique range of products that are safe, effective, and affordable to the community at large. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Jagdish Ashtekar earned significant experience by working at multinational companies like Cadila Laboratories and Helios Pharmaceuticals. He had exposure in varied capacities, such as Field Marketing, Product Management (PM), Training & Development, and Human Resource Development (HR). He has a penchant for launching the latest products into the market using the newest and best technology. This whole idea majorly focuses on developing patient-friendly dosage forms at pocket-friendly prices. Besides Mr. Jagdish Ashtekar runs a mentorship program, “THINK 360 Degree” which specializes in Marketing & Motivational Training. This venture serves as a helping hand for pharmaceutical startups, and small and medium-sized companies right from selection, procurement, and manufacturing of products to strategizing it into the market. He also trains all levels of field staff and owners on how to run & make the organization a profitable one.
